Shelby Seeley (she/her) is a Yale-certified director and new works enthusiast from "Downriver" Michigan. Director: "Funny, Like HAHA (or a Play About a Rape Joke)" (Flint Repertory Theatre, Staged Reading), “Man of La Mancha” (The Penny Seats Theatre Company), “Pizza Slut” (Boxfest Detroit), “Twelfth Night” (Phoenix Theatre Productions), “The Gulf” (Eastern Michigan University Lab Theatre). Shelby has professional producing ("Sassafras and the Captain", Fresh Fruit Festival), acting (University of Michigan's CRLT Players; Michigan Shakespeare Festival Interstate Touring Company; The Call of the Void Podcast), and teaching experience (Patrick Henry Middle School Director of Theatre; freelance teaching artist). Olivia Kiefer (she/her) is a multifaceted artist and a recent graduate from Oakland University with a BFA in Acting. Her recent projects include directing a production of Pizza Man at OU, as well as performing as Juliet in Water Works Theatre Company production of Romeo+Juliet. Olivia is exceedingly excited to put her dramaturgical skills to work and to aid in the production of a new theatrical piece.

Jessica Moss (she/her) writes, performs, and produces. Some of her plays include Funnie (2022 winner of the Leah Ryan's FEWW Prize, O'Neill finalist), A Girl Lives Alone (SafeWord New Play Contest winner), Cam Baby (Toronto Fringe New Play Winner, Weissberger finalist), Polly Polly (Ed Mirvish Award for Entrepreneurship), Next to Him, We'll Make it Together, and more. Anne Acheson (she/her) is excited to be a part of this project. She loves the opportunity to perform and also has a passion for helping young performers hone their skills. Most recently, Ann has performed with Assembly Line Theatre Company, Opera Lite (Greenfield Village), and Meadow Brook Theatre. All my love to my husband, Daniel and our 3-year-old, Amelia. Many thanks to Cassandra Svacha and David Gram for this fun opportunity.

Marie Muhammad (she/her) is delighted to work with Renaissance City Repertory! She has appeared in Splattered (Theatre NOVA), Sanctuary City (Theatre NOVA), Death of a Salesman (Flint Repertory Theatre), Plot Points in Our Sexual Development (The Ringwald Theatre), Dreamgirls (The DATC), The Odd Couple (Park Players Detroit), and The Scarlet Letter (Black and Brown Theatre), and toured with 4 Love Productions' HAIR'itage The Play. Some of her film credits include: Stealing Jokes (Mike Young), Affliction (Charles A. Kennedy, Jr.), The Obsession (Alana Ballantyne), and Ovid and the Art of Love (Esmé von Hoffman) starring Corbin Bleu. As a  voiceover artist, commercial actor, and print model, she gives thanks to her supportive family and friends. @riemixx4693

Laura Nguyen (she/her) is a recent graduate of Lansing Community College with an AAA in Theatre and will be attending Western Michigan University for her BFA in Acting this fall. Some of her recent credits include In Common (Purple Rose), Death of a Salesman (Flint Repertory), Begets: Fall of a High School Ronin (Ixion Ensemble), Everybody, Women Playing Hamlet, and Romeo and Juliet (LCC). She has also appeared in a commercial for NCG Cinemas. In her free time, Laura loves to play laser tag, work on crafts, and go paddleboarding. Connie Cowper (she/her) resides in Rochester Hills and has worked on a number of Michigan stages, Including Flint Repertory, Detroit Repertory, Open Book, Shakespeare in Detroit, Tipping Point, Shakespeare Royal Oak and others. She was recently seen in “Steel Magnolias” at the Riverbank, the theatre where she earned a Wilde Award for Best Actress as Daisy Werthan in “Driving Miss Daisy” in 2020. Other favorite roles include Sonia (Vanya, Sonia, Masha and Spike), Queen Gertrude (Hamlet), and Amanda Wingfield (The Glass Menagerie). She has appeared in commercials, as well as in film, most recently the thriller "Dominus" to be released this fall. Connie is employed in medical education at Henry Ford Hospital and Wayne State University, using acting skills to teach communication techniques to doctors and medical students. Kennedy Vernengo (she/her) is a 22 year old actor, singer, and storyteller originally from the Chicagoland area. She is a recent graduate from Oakland University, holding a BFA in musical theatre. Some of her previous works include MiMi Schwinn in A New Brain, Rona Lisa Peretti in Spelling Bee, and Helen of Troy in The Trojan Women. Kennedy also enjoys performing her one woman cabaret show at various venues in Michigan. She is thrilled to be a part of this new work, and hopes everyone enjoys themselves!
